Offers one piece installation for above ground storage tank dispensers.  Provides the protection needed for dispensers; plus containment for spills and leaks.  Manufactured in one piece from 12 GA material, with inlet fittings for both product and electrical connections welded in place.  This form may be set on top existing concrete slabs for quick installation.
